一、项目说明 Project Introduction

1.4 项目概况 Background Review

海纳百川总部大厦用地位于深圳市宝安区中心区滨海片区中央绿轴西侧,宝兴路与海秀路交汇处,由两栋大厦组成(每宗地各建1栋),宗地编号分别为A002-0037(用地面积5430.82平方米)、A002-0038(用地面积6202.07平方米),总用地面积11632.89平方米,计容积率建筑面积71030平方米,总投资估算约为17亿元人民币,建安工程费约7亿元人民币。为当地政府重点支持项目。
The project is located in the west of the central green land of the seashore area in Shenzhen Bao’an CBD, at the intersection of Baoxing Road and Haixiu Road. It will be an important project supported by the local government, which is composed by 2 buildings (one on each parcel). Parcel A002-0037 is 5,430.82 ㎡, and Parcel A002-0038 is 6,202.07 ㎡, 11,632.89㎡ in total. GFA is 71,030㎡ with an investment of about RMB1,7billion and civil and erection cost of about RMB0.7 billion.

二、竞赛目的Competition Objectives

本次竞赛活动的目的在于集思广益,要求设计机构在对用地现状、规划设计要点等进行详细研究的基础上,借鉴国内外优秀写字楼设计经验,充分发挥该地块得天独厚的内在优势、区位优势,注重与周边景观、设施有机融合,按照5A甲级写字楼标准,完成海纳百川总部大厦项目设计,将两栋大厦塑造成整体协调,相互呼应,又各具特色的宝安中心区新景观。
The Competition is to pool collective wisdom. It requires the participants complete the project with the standard of Grade A office building. They shall base on the detailed study of the site status and planning and design elements, borrow ideas from the excellent office buildings home and abroad, make the fullest of the site advantages, have an organic connection with the landscape and facilities in the neighborhood. The two buildings shall be cohesive with different characteristics.

三、日程安排 Competition Schedule

★ 竞赛报名日期:2012年 7月27 日—8月27 日17:00时
Sign up: July 27, 2012—17:00 of August 27, 2012

请有参赛意向的设计机构或联合体于报名截止日期之前将报名文件提交至业主(地址:深圳市宝安区新安街道办宝民路东侧广场大厦一栋15层,付利红(收),电话:86-755-29646636,邮政编码:518101),以实际签收日期为准,逾期将不予受理。
All the applicants shall submit the sign-up documents to the client within the deadline( address: 15th Floor, Square Mansion Building 1, East of Baoming Road, Xinan Neighborhood Committee, Baoan District, Shenzhen,receiver: Fu Lihong, tel: 86-755-29646636 postcode:518101). Overdue submission will be treated invalid. The receiving date shall prevail.

★ 资格预审会:暂定于2012年 9月4 日。
Qualification review: tentatively September 4, 2012

★ 预审评审结果:2012年9 月5日17:00时之前。
Notice of qualification review results: before 17:00 of September 5, 2012

★ 咨询答疑与现场踏勘:2012年9 月13 日,要求参赛机构或联合体的主创人员到场;具体集合地点和日程安排届时另行通知。
Q&A meeting and site-visit: All the principal architects must attend the meeting on September 13, 2012. Specific place and schedule will be noticed later.

后续书面答疑: 2012年 9月14 日—2012年10 月10 日
Follow-up Q&A: September 14, 2012—October 20, 2012

均以传真、电子邮件等方式提出咨询问题,组织策划单位将于答疑截止日期3个工作日后回复所有答疑文件。
All the questions shall be raised via email or fax. And the organizer will respond 3 days after the deadline for Q&A section.

★ 竞赛成果文件提交截止时间:2012年10 月31 日15:00 时
Submittal deadline: 15:00 of October 31, 2012

参赛的设计机构或联合体须在截止时间前将最终竞赛成果文件提交给组织策划单位,地点另行通知。以实际签收日期为准。逾期将被视为弃权,并不得参与本次竞赛活动的后续评审活动。
All the participants shall submit the final design works to 15th Floor, Square Mansion Building 1, East of Baoming Road, Xinan Neighborhood Committee, Baoan District, Shenzhen, receiver: Fu Lihong, tel: 86-755-29646636, postcode:518101. Overdue submission will be treated invalid. The receiving date shall prevail.

★ 最终方案评审会:暂定于2012年11 月1日。会议地点待定。
Final proposal review: tentatively November 1, 2012. The place is to be decided.

★ 公布评审结果:暂定于2012年 11月8 日
Notice of the final review result: tentatively November 8, 2012

以上时间均为北京时间。以上日程如有变动,组织策划单位将及时通知设计机构或联合体,方案设计成果提交以全部成果送达并签收为准,逾期将不能参加方案评审。
